BOS Display at WOC 22.
Barbados Orchid Society Members Win at the 22nd World Orchid Conference Held In Guayaquil, Ecuador 8 –12 November 2017 (see full Article in BOS Newsletter May 2018)
For the first time, the BOS display at a World Orchid Show received a First Prize and a Show Trophy. In addition, Michael Marshall won a first prize for the Best Vascostyllis on show “Vasco Roll on Red” which also won a Bronze Medal – another first for Barbados and for Michael.
Congratulations also to Michael Waithe who won:
- First Prize for his Dendrobium Pachin Peach
- Second prize for Vanda JVB X Dr. Anek
- Third prize for Vanda Medasand X JVB, and a mention for his Vanda M.L. Velthuis X Srakaew
